An Immersive Evening of Embodied Tantra

What happens when you stop talking about polarity — and actually feel it?

There is a difference between understanding masculine and feminine polarity intellectually and experiencing the moment it becomes alive in your body.

The tension.
The attraction.
The charge.
The way your own energy changes in response to another.

The Dance of Polarity is a three-hour immersion into that experience.

Polarity is one of the fundamental principles we work with in Tantra. It is alive in nature, within ourselves and in the way we relate to each other.

During this evening, we will explore it both intellectually and experientially.

Through teachings on polarity and energetic dynamics, movement, meditation, embodied Tantric practices and conscious partner exercises, you will have the opportunity to explore your own relationship with masculine and feminine energy.

Rather than only discussing polarity as a theory, you are invited to experience what happens when you consciously begin to work with it.

You may leave with a clearer felt understanding of your own polarity, greater awareness of how you meet masculine and feminine energy in yourself and others, and practices you can continue exploring beyond the evening.

A FEW THINGS YOU MAY WANT TO KNOW

☯️You can come alone. You do not need a partner to participate
☯️You can come as a couple. Couples are equally welcome and will have opportunities to explore together.
☯️Everything is fully clothed.
☯️Partner practices are optional. Every practice is an invitation and clear consent is part of the work.
☯️You do not need previous Tantra experience. Curiosity and a willingness to explore are enough.

The Dance of Polarity is also my graduation project as part of the Embodied Tantra Facilitator Training with Temple of Radiance — woven into the Tantric path and work I have already been walking for years.
